		<description>I was poking around Planet Debate while looking for backfiles on the high school res from 2002/2003 and found plenty of files posted up for free, and quite a few for pay. Now, I&#039;m certainly not an advocate of using old high school camp files instead of original research (seeing as the research is occasionally suspect, and the files are directly linked/related to the specific wording of that resolution), but it&#039;s not a bad place to start looking for citations and a rough idea of what the topic looks like competitively.</description>
