fwiw it was a 7-2 decision for the neg, with meadows, christensen, garcia,
(coach from wiley who’s name i can’t recall), derrick, sun, and myself voting
for james, with joffrion and farias sitting out.

I hereby incorporate and restate, as though set forth here in full, all
of my previous words of praise for the Otterbein personnel – staff and students alike – and the materials.

Again, mucho many thanks and BRAVO! :)

We (at least I) will try to return the favor as the year progresses.

I thought the round I judged at RCC (Round III) between L.A. HazMat (Aff.) and
Travis Wolfpack (Neg.) was every bit as good as the video on “the Youtubes”;
however, I think Mat and Travis would have to agree before I disclosed
anything on the www. about that round. (Four people watched the round,
and split 2-2.)

BTW: I had to come off the bench and do a stand-in during Round I at RCC.
All I did was read (as best I could) Danny’s STA Affirmative.
It held up pretty well, I thought – especially for a first draft.
