I have printed off a bunch of articles on democratization of Cuba, the pros and cons of that. I have also been looking into the changes since Castro became less powerful. I have also looked into what some of our individual States are currently doing with Cuba tradewise, as well as the EU and China. I obviously have spent some time finding out the boundaries of constructive engagement. If anyone is in touch with anyone out at that LD workshop out East, it would be wonderful to know what they are doing. Thanks for the links.
