NFA-LD Debate Camp
Got word about a camp being held back east the first week in August – would be excellent to attend and get ready for the upcoming season on Latin America! Seems like a very reasonable price and I’m sure if you are looking to compete at NFA next year you’d get to meet a lot of the people who go — Follow the thread here.

It is official! The first dedicated NFA-LD camp is online for the Summer of 2008. We hope you will be able to join us in Easton, PA for 9 days and 8 nights of NFA-LD fun.
The camp will involve an intense combination of lectures, drills, research and practice time:
+ Each student will get at least 15 rounds of debate in before they leave camp.
+ Each student will leave with a high-quality set of evidence to start the NFA-LD season with.
+ Each student will get instruction from some of the best NFA-LD coaches on the circuit.
We are currently in the process of lining up staff and as members of the camp staff get confirmed, I will let everyone know. The camp will also have a website soon with deadlines, schedule and more information.
The cost of the camp is going to be 300 dollars per person. This pays for lodging without linens on campus in a double, all debate-related materials, and quality instruction. We feel this is a competitive rate and is affordable for students across the country to attend.
If you have questions about the camp, please direct them to the Camp Director, John Boyer at lafayettedebate@gmail.com
