NFA-LD Growing at Pt Loma

Looking at the entries for NFA-LD at forensicstournament.net the Point Loma Sunset Cliffs I think it is amazing that:

1) 35 entries! That’s 3 more LD’rs than in 2006 with quite a few schools from SoCal not competing who normally do.
2) With 35 entries NFA-LD is the 5th largest IE after Novice Impromptu (39 entries), Open Extemp (41 entries), Open Prose (41 entries) and Open Impromptu (52 entries). People are definitely interested in the event.
3) 7 schools competed in 2007, 8 schools in 2008

I believe this is the largest NFA-LD pool in Southern California. Wish more SoCal schools were entered but hopefully we’ll see you all at the Southern California LD championships at Cerritos college in February.
