China Disadvantage Info

Here is an interesting article regarding the ever popular china disadvantage. The basic thesis is that right now China is using its soft power in the world to gain advantage through influence in Africa. US policy promotes the US at the expense of China so China moves from soft power to hard power… bad consequences result.

This publication would be great for your affirmative answers.. you probably only have time for 2 or 3 so make sure they are the best!

Yang Guang, director of the Institute of West Asian and African Studies of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, says that China and the United States “do not have strategic conflicts” in Africa.
