Generic Aid Bad
Here is a frontline from the Miami 2007 debate camp – it’s about 22 pages of why aid to Africa fails. Some of it is geared towards Sub-Saharan Africa so make sure not to read those cards =)
I think it also helpful to get some citations of negative research articles that you can go get and re-cut to fit your negative strategy. Additionally, you can see what some of the negative arguments are against aid to help you in searching for more articles.
Hope this helps you win that one Neg round Boyer was talking about in an earlier post at a tournament!
