HS Topic Paper

As some of you probably have realized both the High School Policy topic and the College NFA-LD topic will both center around Africa. This is a great boon to those starting NFA-LD because there will be tons of debate stuff floating around the internet for the HS policy community that we can use for nfa-ld.

Here is one example – Africa – High School Topic Paper written regarding Africa. It has some great background information and a good bibliography.
