Topicality

While we don’t know what the resolution will be until August 1, we can start working on some topicality/understanding the topic areas.

here are some key words regardless of the topic:

  1. United States Federal Government (Topics A,B,C,D, E)
  2. substantially (Topics A,B,C,D,E), “substantially increase” (Topics A,B,C,E), “substantially alter” (Topic D)
  3. increase (Topics A,B,C,E)
  4. alter (Topic D)
  5. assistance (Topics A,B)
  6. Greater Horn of Africa (Topics A,C)
