NFA-LD at PSCFA!
FYI – at the PSCFA conferences this past weekend we were able to add NFA-LD as a 1 year experimental event to the PSCFA Fall Champs, Spring Champs, and Cooloff tournaments this year! Unfortunately we had to schedule it to run against parli but it was either that or sure defeat. So hopefully a few people will try out nfa-ld, it will be hugely successful, and we can change the scheduling so as not to conflict next year.
BTW, all pscfa tournaments are open to the entire country – so if any NFA-LD schools would like to help SoCal get started we’d love to have you at one of our tournaments – there is like a $25 membership fee per school but it’s still a great tournament and we’d love to see good quality NFA-LD so people could see what the event can be not just what we’ve thrown together this first semester =)
Also, any help would be much appreciated in getting evidence packets, judging tips, coaching tips, etc… available to the local community so it’s not that hard to get students started in the event. Please PM/EMail me anything you’d be willing to share!
